Our History

Established in 1996 by our current CEO with just four Customer Service Representatives, operating out of Old Docks House on Preston Riversway. NCO achieved unprecedented growth leading to our current prestigious and purpose built premises, New City House, employing over 400 people and based in the heart of the city of Preston.
