Points to note:
Some of our clients may only allow online payments using a debit card as using a credit card may increase your borrowing and therefore not be the appropriate outcome for you. Please call 0330 060 1500 if you are wanting to use a credit card but are unsure whether or not you can.
If you are not the card holder of the payment card you intend to use for payment, we will need appropriate identification and permission from the card holder
Check the expiry date on your payment card and if it will expire before your balance is cleared, please diarise to re-set your payment plan using your new card as payments will not be taken against an expired card
