Sonya joined NCO 1999 as a Customer Service Representative. Sonya progressed through the management levels leading pan-european programmes within a competitive arena that delivered unprecedented growth due to performance, service and quality. Sonya became a member of the Board in 2012.
Joined in 2018, with a 30 year track record in Financial Services, more recently holding Compliance & Risk roles at a senior level in a number of FCA regulated businesses. Joanne has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association, and in February this year was appointed a CSA Board Director.
Alec has worked in IT for over 30 years within blue chip companies such as BAE Systems, Computer Sciences and Unisys. He has performed several roles over his career ranging from Mainframe Operator to Solution Director and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Having trained with Ernst & Young, Andrew has over 8 years’ experience in external audit and financial reporting with a number of firms. During his time he became a fully qualified ACA and also gained his assurance qualifications. Andrew also has experience working as a senior reporting accountant for a FTSE 100 company developing his reporting, technical and business partnering expertise.
Jeff joined NCO Europe in 2004, as a Customer Service Representative, before progressing into Management. Jeff has achieved significant growth across a number of key programs and promotion to the Senior Operations Manager role provided Jeff with essential experience in leading a varied client base operating within Banking, Telecommunications and large scale Customer Care Outsourcing. Jeff was appointed Head of Operations as a member of NCO’s Board in January 2020.
Sajid has been with NCO Europe since 2001 when he started as a Customer Service Representative. Sajid quickly progressed into Management and has been a key member of the Senior Management Team over the last decade. His previous experience includes leading teams on diverse sectors to deliver excellent results, which has led to significant growth within the business. Sajid was promoted to Head of Operations and added to NCO’s Board in January 2020.
Deborah has been with NCO Europe Ltd. since 2005. Having started as a Customer Service Representative, Deborah progressed into Learning & Development roles. Deborah became part of our Senior Management Team in 2012 and started to map out her career in HR by taking on additional responsibility for Recruitment and HR Administration for the business. In 2014 Deborah became HR Manager building our internal HR Department to deliver an effective HR service, in 2015 she completed her CIPD in HR Management. Deborah was then promoted to Head of HR in 2019 and was recently invited to join NCO’s Board.

Katie started her journey with NCO as a Customer Service Representative in 2010 before progressing into a Trainer role. Her passion for training helped her achieve much success in this role and in 2021 Katie was promoted to Training & Competence Manager. Katie and her team of trainers ensure all employees receive ongoing training and development in order to deliver excellent customer service within both regulatory and none-regulatory environments.
Nathan joined NCO in 2018 as a Trainee Customer Service Representative. He hadn’t worked in this industry before but received great training and support. He's now fully qualified and enjoys his role immensely especially when he can solve very complex issues for customers. NCO has a great internal promotion scheme and Nathan is looking forward to progressing his career.
After joining NCO in 2013 as an Agent in a bi-lingual market (1st party), Samantha then progressed to management in 2014 within the same team. She also managed the arrival and launch of a new client – FCA regulated market in 2017 – and contributed to expanded business, workload and growth of the team within the Market.
