Specialist Support Team

All of our Customer Service Representatives welcome the opportunity to speak to our customers in order to understand their individual requirements. Where circumstances are more complex, for example, ill health or bereavement, we have a Specialist Support Team who receive additional training from organisations such as Samaritans and MIND, enabling them to provide that extra layer of support and help.

Financial Difficulties

We understand that circumstances change that are often outside of our control. If you can’t make a payment, please don’t worry, we can provide you with a number of helpful options such as Free Independent Financial Advice Organisations.

Understanding your Arrears

Whilst your repayment plan may require the same affordable payment each time, on some of our products, there may be a minimum or “fixed payment amount” (FPA) that, if paid, will prevent your account from falling further into arrears. This can influence the amount of interest you are charged (if any) or prevent your creditor issuing a Default Notice.
