We understand that circumstances change that are often outside of our control. If you can’t make a payment, please don’t worry, we can provide you with a number of helpful options such as Free Independent Financial Advice Organisations.
Whilst your repayment plan may require the same affordable payment each time, on some of our products, there may be a minimum or “fixed payment amount” (FPA) that, if paid, will prevent your account from falling further into arrears. This can influence the amount of interest you are charged (if any) or prevent your creditor issuing a Default Notice.
