Description
The role of Customer Service Representative is working on behalf of one of our Financial Services clients completing mainly administrative tasks and some call handling dealing with external partners and internal support functions. You will be responsible for handling and processing new car finance applications.
This is a fast turnaround, high volume processing role with the opportunity to work.
Their overall objective of this role is to ensure customers get excellent service that is efficient.
Principal Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of customer excellence and being the interaction between their client and the customer
- The processing of loan agreement documentation includes checking customer information such as identity and affordability, reviewing vehicle details, loan amounts and ensuring all conditions of the loan acceptance have been met prior to loan activation
- This role is mainly administrative (approximately 75%) with an element of telephony where interaction with internal account managers, external motor dealers and motor finance brokers may be required
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Experience of working in a telephone customer services environment
- Strong attention to detail is a mandatory requirement
- Previous underwriting experience will be an advantage
- Enthusiastic, positive & approachable manner
- A great communicator, both written and verbal, who wakes up every day wanting to exceed client and customer expectations

37.5 within the following - 8.00am - 7.00pm Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm on Saturday and 10.00am - 4.00pm on Sunday
