We are currently looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives for one of our exciting and growing departments. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate in Spanish as they will be dealing with customers based in Spain.

Our Offices are based in the heart of Preston City Centre.
•Manage own caseload of Customers, along with the provision of information gathering and coming to payment solutions.
•To maximize revenue by using strong negotiation skills.
•Achieve call volume and quality targets as set out by the company.
•Overcome objections and take ownership of queries.
•Ensure the debtor remains on their arranged payment plan.
•Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
•Ability to work as per the strict client SLA
•Ability achieve client and internal targets and deadlines
•Excellent telephone skills / Experience in effective call handling
•Strong communication & negotiation skills
•Ability to work under own initiative, and also as part of a team
•Ability to work with Excel spread sheets
•Understanding of TCF and relevant regulatory guidelines
